Return & Exchange Policy

2-Day Reporting Rule

All return or exchange requests must be reported within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery. Requests after this period will not be accepted.

Issue From Our Side

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Wrong size or colour sent
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Damaged product received

If the mistake is from our side, Cool Culture will bear all charges and provide replacement or refund.

Issue Not From Our Side

  • Size issue due to customer choice
  • Change of mind
  • Order placed incorrectly by customer

In such cases, the customer must pay both charges: return shipping and reshipping charges.

Exchange Policy

  • Size, colour, or product exchange allowed
  • Request must be raised within 2 days
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags
  • Only one exchange per order
  • Subject to stock availability

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if the issue is from our side. COD refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer. Processing time: 5–7 working days.

Cool Culture reserves the final right to approve or reject any request after verification.
